Pakistan Salary After Tax Calculator Tax Year 2027

Estimate employee take-home pay with a country-specific breakdown of modeled income tax and statutory employee deductions. This calculator uses the effective-dated profile and assumptions shown below.

Current modeled profile: Salaried-person income-tax profile · Tax Year 2027 (annual-liability)

Pakistan: Estimate employee take-home pay under the documented Tax Year 2027 profile.

Include taxable allowances or bonuses not already included in gross pay.

How this calculation works

Annual liability: estimates annual income-tax and statutory social liability from total annual employment income.

The calculator applies profile pk-ty-2027-salaried-person (version 2026.1), lists each modeled deduction separately, and subtracts those deductions from gross annual pay. Monthly and weekly values are annual estimates divided by 12 and 52.

What changed this tax year?

This page uses only the current, reviewed Tax Year 2027 profile shown above. Formulexa does not silently reuse current rules for a previous-year comparison: a numerical year-over-year result will appear only after a separate archived profile and regression fixtures have been verified for this exact modeled scope.

Check the official sources below for enacted rule changes outside this calculator's documented assumptions and exclusions.

Assumptions

  • Gross annual input is taxable salary under section 149.
  • The estimate applies the final FBR Tax Year 2027 salaried-person rate-card formulas.

Not included

  • Business and non-salary income, credits, deductible allowances, pension taxation, EOBI and provident-fund deductions are excluded.
  • Employer payroll timing and prior-period adjustments are not modeled.

Current rates and country-specific rules

  • Annual taxable salary up to PKR 600,000 has zero income tax.
  • Seven progressive formulas apply above PKR 600,000, ending with PKR 1,424,000 plus 35% of income above PKR 7,000,000.
  • User-entered taxable allowances or bonuses are added before applying the FBR salary formula.

Worked example

Under the final FBR Tax Year 2027 table, PKR 2,200,000 taxable salary produces PKR 116,000 modeled annual Income Tax and PKR 2,084,000 modeled annual net pay before excluded employment deductions.
